Doksu Moon, MD, is an Associate Staff Physician in the Department of Radiology, located on the main campus of Cleveland Clinic. He was appointed in 2002 following completion of a fellowship in neuroradiology. He currently serves as a Staff Neuroradiologist at seven hospitals in the Cleveland area, as well as Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Moon is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology. His special interests are CT angiography, MRI, diagnostic cerebral angiography and myelography. Dr. Moon received is medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine, and then served as Chief Resident in the Department of Radiology of Cleveland Clinic. He is licensed to practice medicine in 11 states including Ohio. He is Principal Investigator of a multicenter research project to study desmoteplase, a clot-busting synthetic by-product that could extend the therapeutic window for effective treatment up to nine hours after a stroke.
