Dr. ELIZABETH SHARP-MARSDEN is a FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Elizabeth A. Sharp-Marsden or “Liz” as she prefers to be called, Started Marsden Women and Family Healthcare to bridge the gap between patient and provider. Too many people feel unheard and not properly cared for. Her passion for good quality patient care led her to go to nursing school. Nursing gave Liz experience in hands-on patient care: the empathetic part of medicine, compassion, and patient connection. Liz then furthered her education in Washington DC at Georgetown University and became a Nurse practitioner. Being a Nurse practitioner allows her to diagnose, order diagnostics, and treat with pharmaceuticals. She is so excited to share her approach to medicine with her community and have the chance to help them heal.
