Elizabeth is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has treated many conditions including relationship issues, anger management, communication skills, attachment issues, & stress management. She specializes in assisting clients who would like to address their substance use, depression, & anxiety issues by using a collaborative & supportive approach. Elizabeth completed her Master of Social Work at Simmons University. She has worked in various types of care and treatment, from inpatient detoxification at the VA medical center to partial hospitalization programs, then as a supervisor, & presently as an outpatient therapist. Elizabeth is well versed in helping clients with many different life circumstances & challenges. Elizabeth uses a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
