Dr. Powell graduated from the University of West Florida receiving his Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science. A year after receiving his bachelor’s degree he enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida where he learned various techniques such as the Palmer Package of adjusting, including Gonstead, Diversified, and Thompson drop techniques.
