Erika Kyte is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of experience in direct counseling. She is passionate about supporting individuals in increasing self-awareness and making intentional life choices. Erika specializes in depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, teens and young adults, and major life transitions such as pregnancy and childbirth. Erika was awarded her Master of Social Work (MSW) from San Diego State University. She worked as a school social worker for several years, gaining extensive experience with students ages 5-24 in a variety of communities. As a longtime yoga enthusiast and certified instructor, she enjoys incorporating breath work and mindfulness as techniques for clients to create a pause and access heartfelt intentions.
