Fatima Ali is a bilingual (English, Urdu) Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) with more than 2 years of experience. She also has experience working with clients dealing with a variety of struggles like depression, anxiety, suicide ideation, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, grief, and loss. Fatima works with children, adolescents, and adults. Fatima graduated from Marymount University with a Master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling. She has worked with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse locally and internationally (Pakistan). Fatima incorporates different theoretical approaches in therapy based on the needs of her clients, but mostly uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solutions-focused therapy (SFT), and mindfulness techniques.
