Dr. Nester
Dr. Nester was born and raised in Flint, Michigan. He completed his pre-doctoral studies at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He earned his dental degree at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1976. He served two years as a captain in the USAF dental service. He returned to the University of Michigan and earned a Masters degree in Prosthodontics. He moved to Arizona in 1981 where he has worked in private practice. Dr. Nester is especially interested in implant dentistry and is a member of the Academy of Osseointegration.
