Gurmit S. Saluja, MD, FAAP, is board certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Board of Pediatrics. After completing his pediatric residency training at Philadelphia’s St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in 2001, Dr. Saluja joined his parents in practice at Advocare Vernon Pediatrics. A graduate of Cornell University, Dr. Saluja received his medical degree from Finch University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School. Dr. Saluja is on staff at Morristown Memorial Hospital (Goryeb Children’s Hospital), St. Clare’s Hospital and Newton Memorial Hospital, where he recently served as chief of pediatrics. He also serves on the board of several nonprofit organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatrics’ New Jersey Pediatric Council on Research and Education, which is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children throughout New Jersey. Dr. Saluja has been named a New Jersey Favorite Kids’ Docs from New Jersey Family magazine multiple times. …He and his wife have two daughters.
