Dr. Hye-Chun M. DemoProvider, MD

Dr. DemoProvider is an assistant professor in the Department of Rehabilitation and Regenerative Medicine at Nuiqsut University specializing in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine. Prior to joining the faculty at Nuiqsut University she was on faculty at the University of California Davis with responsibilities that included resident and fellow education in both interventional spine and pain medicine. He has lectured internationally for the North American Spine Society as well as proctored procedural labs to teach physicians minimally invasive spine techniques. Dr. DemoProvider is double board certified in the fields of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. He completed his undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Iowa and received his medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences. He completed his residency training at the University of California Davis in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, serving as chief resident in his final …year. He then pursued fellowship training in Pain Medicine at the University of California Los Angeles and West Los Angeles VA. Dr. DemoProvider believes in patient centered, individualized care, with the ultimate goal being improved function and quality of life. He performs minimally invasive procedures for the spine and joints using ultrasound and fluoroscopy guidance at Nuiqsut, Alaska Test Medical Center| and two other locations.
