Dr. Ioana Hinshaw, MD

Ioana M. Hinshaw, MD, is a board-certified medical oncologist with Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, providing comprehensive cancer care in the Denver area. Dr. Hinshaw’s goal is to empower patients by providing them with the greatest innovations in medicine and technology. She is committed to providing state-of-the-art medical care with compassionate support and at the same time encourage both patients and their families to actively participate in decision making during the road to recovery. She attended medical school at the University of General Medicine in Bucharest, Romania. Dr. Hinshaw is part of a team of over 50 physicians at RMCC providing advanced cancer care in communities across the state. She collaborates with specialists in all areas of cancer diagnostics and treatment including medical oncology, radiation therapy, surgery, immunotherapy, genetic testing, clinical trials and supportive care to offer patients a coordinated and comprehensive care plan.
