Dr. Ivan A. Valcarenghi, DDS

Dr. Ivan Valcarenghi Dr. Ivan Valcarenghi DDS makes dreams come true for his patients. He loves creating beautiful smiles. Ivan Valcarenghi, or “Dr. Ivan,” graduated from the University of Illinois, College of Dentistry in 1986 before completing a fellowship in oral cancer with The American Cancer Society. He then went on to the Claretian Medical Center, a Public Health Service Community health center 21 years ago. After three years, he started his own practice in Elmhurst, Illinois. He created the Advanced Dental Study Group where Chicagoland dentists meet monthly to share ideas and learn. He is a founder and fellow in the World Congress of Microdentistry (now Minimally Invasive Dentistry). He also regularly speaks to dentists and the public on dental health issues, and he has published numerous articles. He has more than 3,000 hours of cosmetic dentistry continuing education and has studied under many of the foremost leaders in the field. Dr. Ivan is committed to volunteering in the …community. He is active in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry’s “Give Back a Smile” program, where he restores the smiles of women who have been abused. Known as Chicago’s “Extreme Makeover” cosmetic dentist, Dr. Ivan can frequently be heard on the radio in the Chicagoland area.
