J. Edwyn Carter, M.D. earned his medical degree from the Emory University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in pediatrics at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals of Atlanta. Dr. Carter is board certified in Pediatrics by the Academy of Pediatrics. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is an active member of the Medical Association of Georgia. Dr. Carter has been in practice in Newnan since 1994 and has an affiliate status with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. He accepts most insurance plans.
