Dr. Walter is a graduate of Lehigh University and Farleigh Dickinson University School of Dental Medicine. He completed his residency at Saint Joseph’s Medical Center in Patterson, NJ.  Dr. Walter is a member of the American Dental Society and the New Jersey Dental Society. As an active member and past president of the Montville Rotary Club, Dr. Walter participated in the Japanese Rotary Exchange Program. As a team leader for the program, he traveled across the ocean bringing a group of students from North Jersey to Osaka, Japan for a three-week program to promote cultural understanding between the two countries.
