Dr James M. Shehan, MD FAAD grew up in southwest Iowa, and graduated from high school in Omaha, NE, then went on to medical school at Creighton University School of Medicine where he graduated with his medical degree summa cum laude. After completing a one-year internship at Creighton University Medical Center, he trained in dermatology through a residency in the Department of Dermatology at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine, in Rochester, MN. He enjoys all aspects of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. His greatest satisfaction comes from taking the best care of all patients with conditions of the skin, hair, or nails.
