Dr. Javier Placer, MD, is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Pain Medicine and is an award-winning provider recognized by both his patients and other physicians as an exceptional pain medicine doctor.
Dr. Placer completed a fellowship in spine and pain management at the University of Florida Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation. He serves on the faculty of the University of Central Florida College of Medicine in Orlando. His areas of specialty include physical medicine, pain management, rehabilitation, injectable pain-relief treatment, electrodiagnostic medicine, and sports medicine.
