Dr. Javier Roman Gonzalez, MD

Dr. Roman-Gonzalez completed his cardiology fellowship at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas and his fellowship in clinical cardiac electrophysiology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. His greatest passion is the treatment of atrial fibrillation, notably in the advancing field of minimally-invasive catheter ablation.
Dr. Roman-Gonzalez is board certified in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. He sees patients in all four South Texas Cardiovascular Consultants’ offices: San Antonio (Heart Plaza One), Boerne, Kerrville and Fredericksburg.
