Jen Moore joined the Community Health Network team as a genetic counselor for oncology and prenatal specialties in 2017. She completed her undergraduate training with a bachelor of science in biology, minoring in chemistry, from Newman University. She earned her master of science degree in genetic counseling from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2017.
She is board certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling, licensed in the state of Indiana, and a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors (NSGC) and the Indiana Network of Genetic Counselors.
