Jody-Lynne Suda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of North Carolina with 30 years of experience providing services to individuals, couples, and families seeking support through issues including depression, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, and trauma. Having worked with the military, she is a strong support system with an eclectic and flexible approach to client needs. Her passion for a holistic approach to helping people from “the inside out” includes improving mental health by caring for both our spiritual and physical needs. Jody-Lynne completed her Bachelor’s Degree at Long Island University and her Master of Science in Social Work at Columbia University in NY. Her eclectic approach includes faith-based, strengths-based, solution-focused, mindfulness, nutrition, and more, working to adjust interventions and modalities to best fit client needs as each individual is unique.
