Dr. Ragland has practiced neurosurgery in Knoxville since 1994. He stays current by
participating in the recertification program of the American Board of Neurological
Surgery. This is a rigorous educational and evaluation process requiring continual
expansion of current neurosurgical techniques and knowledge. He is also certified in
Gamma Knife radiosurgery.
