Dr. John Gregory Grieco, MD

John G. Grieco , M.D. received his medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in 1977. He completed his surgical residency in 1982, followed by his fellowship training in cardiovascular surgery in 1984 at Loyola University Medical Center. He is Board Certified in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery. Dr. Grieco’s surgical expertise includes all types of complex adult cardiovascular and thoracic surgery including coronary artery revascularization, valve repair and replacement, aneurysm resection, aortic reconstruction, carotid artery surgery, and thoracic tumor resection. He is Clinical Associate Professor of Cardiovascular Surgery at Loyola. Dr. Grieco is the Medical Director for Cardiovascular Surgery at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove.
