Dr. John J. Caravolas, D.D.S. “Dr. John†has been practicing pediatric dentistry since 1982. He attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he graduated with a B.S. in Psychology.  He then went on to receive his D.D.S. from Georgetown University where he developed an interest in pediatrics. He decided to pursue pediatrics, and completed a pediatric dental residency program at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, where he served as chief resident during his second year. Dr. John has devoted his practice to the care of infants, children and adolescents. Helping children develop life-long healthy smiles in a fun-filled environment has been the goal. “Treating kids and not just teeth†has been his motto. This model of treatment has been a success. Most of Dr. John’s patients continue to return to the practice as adults, and many are even bringing their own children!
