Dr. John Pennington Poovey, DDS

John Poovey, originally from California, began his studies at CU Boulder and received his dental degree Magna cum laude from the University of Boston. He and Heather moved back to Grand Junction in 2000 and he started his practice in 2001.
The entire Poovey family enjoys the great outdoors of Colorado and takes every opportunity to hike, ski, fish and play as much as possible, between the school and sports activities of their boys.
Dr. Poovey has a lot of children as patients, due to his easy going nature and having kids of his own, he understands how to help them relax while in the dental chair.
