Dr. John Kukucka has been a practicing periodontist since 1984. He is a graduate of Bucknell University, received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and completed his post-doctoral advanced periodontal training at The Ohio State University. He is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, the Monmouth-Ocean County Dental Society, and the New Jersey Society of Periodontists. Dr. Kukucka served as President of the Monmouth-Ocean County Dental Society from 2011-2012 and President of the New Jersey Society of Periodontists from 2000-2002. He is on staff and teaches dental residents at Jersey Shore University Medical Center where he is head of the Periodontics section within the Department of Dentistry, and serves on the Periodontal Peer Review committee for the NJDA. Dr. Kukucka is the Director of the Jersey Shore ITI (International Team of Implantology) Study Club …whose members meet quarterly keeping up to date with the latest techniques in dental implant dentistry. The practice was established in 1985 and is dedicated to providing quality personal care to each of our patients.
