Dr. Jonathan P. Uhles

Dr. Uhles is originally from Cookeville, Tennessee and is proud to return to middle Tennessee to practice Endodontics. He looks forward to providing compassionate and exemplary care to patients at both our Mt Juliet and Cookeville offices. Having graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree, Dr. Uhles spent a year working before entering dental school at the University Of Tennessee College Of Dentistry. After graduating in 2011 with honors and receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree he completed a 1-year fellowship as an instructor in the Department of Endodontics at UT. In completing his Endodontic residency he received his Masters of Dental Science degree and his Endodontic Specialty Certificate. In addition, he has received multiple awards of excellence. His research on root canal debridement with a new laser system has been published in the Journal of Endodontics. Contributing to the educational experiences of other students is …important to Dr. Uhles and he plans to return once a month as an instructor just as Dr. Davis has done to teach in the predoctoral and graduate endodontic clinics. In his free time, Dr. Uhles enjoys spending time with his family and friends, being outdoors, mountain biking, reading and staying involved in the community.
