Dr. Soler received his BA from Rutgers University in New Jersey and completed his medical training at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Rutgers Medical School.His residency was at Overlook Hospital, an affiliated of Columbia University of Physicians as Surgeons in Jew Jersey.
