Julianne Lamb is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 4 years of experience working closely with children, teens, and adults who are experiencing life transitions, parenting issues, pregnancy, postpartum, and prenatal-related issues, academic issues, and low self-esteem. Julianne earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from theUniversity of Southern California. In sessions, she usesa client-centered approach to empower those she works with in order to build trust between them. Using various modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, she works best with those experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety. Herbackground is in a school setting and therefore she is aware of the struggles not only children and adolescents are facing today, but also the trials and tribulations parents and guardians are facing, too. Julianne understands that life gets tough sometimes and we all need an outlet to talk through our challenges. She’s …ready to help you start the personalized treatment plan that you need in order to start working toward better mental health.
