After completing her orthopaedic residency training at the combined Creighton/ Nebraska Health Foundation Program, Dr. Grier received fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery, with emphasis on foot and ankle trauma and other complex problems involving the foot and ankle, at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute in Tampa, Florida. She also participates in a teaching role for the orthopaedic residency program.
