Dr. Keith M. Sommers

Dr. Keith Sommers
Dr. Keith Sommers received his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College in 1992. He then went to the University of Illinois School of Dentistry where he obtained his D.D.S. in 1996. While in dental school Dr. Keith took a strong interest in dental research. His work led to a National Institute of Health Award. Dr. Keith then entered the University of Illinois Endodontic residency program which he completed in 1998.
He joined Cameo Endodontics immediately after the program and has now been practicing Endodontics since 1998.
Dr. Keith is a member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), American Dental Association (ADA), Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS), and Chicago Dental Society (CDS).
Dr. Keith lives with his wife and three children in the western suburbs. They have been married for 14 years. He is currently the coach of his son’s little league baseball team.
Dr. Keith activly works with the Infant Welfare Clinic of Oak Park providong pro bono …Endodontic therapy for underprivileged children. He also works with Dr. Baskin, clinical director of the Infant Welfare Clinic, mentoring University of Illinois dental students rotating through the Oak Park Clinic.
