Dr. Kweli K. Carson
Dr. Carson was born in Tacoma, Washington but she spent most of her childhood in Maryland. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. She continued her studies at the University of Maryland Dental School in Baltimore, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Carson then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program at the University of Maryland. She then attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, where she received both her Certificate in Endodontics and her Master of Science degree in Oral Science.  Dr. Carson is a board-certified member of the American Board of Endodontics.  She is also a specialist member of the American Association of Endodontists, and continues her studies with the Edward Penick Endodontic Study Club at the Naval Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland.
Dr. Carson has been happily married to Marcus “Reggie” Carson, PharmD for 15 years.  They …have a 12-year old daughter, Nandi, who is the light of their lives.  Dr. Carson enjoys reading, listening to music, and traveling when possible, but her greatest joy is simply spending time with friends and family.Â
