Dr. Manish Sagarmal Chauhan, MD

MANISH CHAUHAN, M.D. earned his medical degree and completed his residency with honors from Seth G. S. Medical College and King Edward Memorial Hospital at Bombay University, Bombay, India. He completed his residency and fellowship training in Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Chauhan was on the faculty of the Lahey Clinic in Boston as an interventional cardiologist, served as Director of the Interventional Research and Clinical Trials program and was on staff of the Biometrics Dept. at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Dr. Chauhan has served as Lecturer at Harvard University and as Assistant Professor at Tufts University in Boston. He is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. Dr. Chauhan is a member of the …Travis County Medical Society and Texas Medical Association. He has authored several papers in major cardiology journals.
Dr. Chauhan practices general cardiovascular medicine, non-invasive and nuclear cardiology as well as CT Angiography. He specializes in Interventional Cardiology including cardiac catheterization, coronary and peripheral vascular procedures, venous thrombectomy, carotid stenting and structural heart procedures such as PFO/ASD closures. He is involved in new technology development and is an investigator for many ongoing pharmaceutical and device clinical trials. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
