Dr. Toglia is Chief of Urogynecology for the Mainline Health System in the Philadelphia Suburbs, and the director of the largest urogynecology practice in the Philadelphia area. He is nationally recognized for his expertise in the area of reconstructive pelvic surgery and is the author of many scientific articles, chapters, and co-author of a textbook on Urogynecology. He has published extensively, including the New England Journal of Medicine. He speaks internationally on topics within his specialty and is on the editorial board of several Urogynecologic journals.
