Dr. Franco received her medical training in BogotA?, Colombia where she also practiced pediatric medicine before moving to Miami in 1991. She was Chief Resident in Pediatrics at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA and received Board Certification in Pediatrics in 1998 and Pediatric Pulmonology Board Certification in 2000. Dr. Franco is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and did volunteer work as a Pediatric Intensivist with Operation Smile in Kenya, Brazil, Ecuador, Philippines, and Vietnam.
