Dr. Van Deusen recently joined the Pulmonary and Thoracic Surgery practice, with locations in Washington, Peters Township and Waynesburg. He completed his both his residency and fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Dr. Van Deusen is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. For me, a career in medicine offered the best personal challenge, says Dr. Van Deusen, a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine. It was the best application of my interests and background in science. Dr. Van Deusen loves spending time with his wife and five children and is an avid golfer.
