Dr. Mehryar Taban, MD

Dr. Mehryar (Ray) Taban graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA and medical school at UC-Irvine, he moved to world renowned Cleveland Clinic for ophthalmology residency, where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Taban then moved back to Los Angeles for a 2-year oculofacial cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery fellowship at the prestigious Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA. He then pursued further fellowship training in rhinoplasty and cosmetic facial surgery under Dr Ronald Strahan in Santa Monica, CA. Dr. Mehryar Taban is one of the few board certified surgeons who is a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS), the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS), and American Board of Ophthalmology (AAO). He is also a member of the American College of Surgeons (ACS).
