Dr. Michael Aron Farbowitz, MD

Michael Farbowitz, MD is one of the only fellowship-trained refractive surgeons in the area, having performed a specialized fellowship in laser vision correction and advanced cataract surgery techniques at the prestigious Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA. He has been performing laser vision correction since 1998, and achieves the best possible results performing bladeless surgery using wavefront technology. He also performs the most advanced small incision no-stitch cataract surgery, obtaining the best possible visual results when using the latest laser and lens implant technology.
As a Board Certified Comprehensive Ophthalmologist, Dr. Farbowitz cares for most eye disorders in patients of all ages. He provides comprehensive adult and pediatric eye care, including in-office laser procedures for diabetes and glaucoma.
Dr. Farbowitz has published extensively, co-authored a textbook on ophthalmic surgery, and presented his research at national meetings. He is a member of …numerous local and national societies, and has been named one of America’s top ophthalmologists.
