Michael graduated from St. Louis University School of Medicine and did a pediatric residency at Children’s Mercy Hospital (Kansas City, MO) and Child Neurology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He is board certified in Pediatrics, Child Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology. Dr. Frost has been a member of the Minnesota Epilepsy Group since 1991 and is currently the Medical Director of Pediatric Inpatient Services at Children?s Hospitals and Clinics in St. Paul. In addition, Michael is the Medical Director of the Tuberous Sclerosis Complex Clinic Without Walls and is on the Tuberous Sclerosis Complex National Professional Advisory Board. He is also the Medical Director for Camp Oz (a camp for children with Epilepsy).
Dr. Frost is a clinical professor of Neurology at the University of Minnesota. His research interests include the use of new anticonvulsant medications, epilepsy surgery, and new treatments for Tuberous Sclerosis Complex.
