Dr. Michael Zak joined the Associates for Oral, Maxillofacial, and Implant Surgery in 1992. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery specialty training at the Duke University Medical Center in 1991 and his fellowship training in maxillofacial reconstruction at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit Michigan. He is a graduate of Saint Viator High School, Illinois Benedictine University and the University of Illinois School of Dentistry.
Dr. Zak is a current and active member of multiple local and state organizations. He is an established lecturer on both the local and national levels and has numerous publications to his credit. He is on staff at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates, and Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village.
