Dr. Normal I. Meyer was born in Monicello, New York. He has been married for forty years to his lovely wife, Joyce. Together they have 2 sons, 1 granddaughter, 1 grandson, and 1 great-grandson. He has worked with the Lions Club and is community oriented. Dr. Meyer is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Meyer completed his Ophthamology Residency in 1974 at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Ga. He continues to be on the cutting edge of eye care technologies.
