Dr. Fraley grew up in central Arkansas prior to attending Hendrix College and graduating summa cum laude. He then attended medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he finished at the top of his class. He completed his residency in otolaryngology at the prestigious Washington University in St. Louis.
