Patricia “Trisha” Tatum is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 8 years of experience. She quickly learned that she was interested in helping people overcome anxiety and depression and started her work as a therapist working mostly with adolescents and adults. Trisha has a passion for helping her clients through life transitions and overcoming barriers to obtaining their goals. Trisha specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Trisha completed her Master’s degree of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Tennessee. Trisha has worked with children and families in a residential setting working towards family reunification and behavior modification. Trisha is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy which is used to help client’s process trauma. Trisha also utilizes mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients build their own tool box for success. All clients come to therapy from different walks …of life and all are unique.
