Paul Tullar, M.D., is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Although he is retired from private practice, he currently oversees two days a week the Labor and Delivery department at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo for Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. His combined residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was done at Methodist Hospitals of Dallas and Southwestern Medical School and Parkland Memorial Hospital. His patient-centered approach and superbly kind manner has endeared him to his patients and workmates alike.
