Dr. Milgram graduated from Queens College, CUNY, and received his Medical Degree from SUNY Stony Brook. He completed his OB/GYN Residency at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York. Dr. Milgram also founded A Lady’s Doctor Medical Clinics in 1980. He was a former Assistant Clinical Professor and Clinical Instructor in the Department of Reproductive Medicine at the UCSD Medical Center, and has taught over 200 courses in Gynecology, minimally-invasive and advanced surgical techniques, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.
