Rachel Salinas is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 5 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults, both young and old. She works with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic health conditions, and relationship problems. Rachel completed her Bachelor of Arts in History at Connecticut College and earned her Master of Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling at Virginia Commonwealth University. She has worked in outpatient settings in community mental health and vocational rehabilitation.
