Dr. Ricardo Abreu, MD

Ricardo Abreu, M.D. received his medical degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic. Dr. Abreu went on to complete his residency in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, NY. Following his residency he completed a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center and then went on to complete a fellowship in sleep medicine at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York, NY.
Dr. Abreu is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society, and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Abreu has been in practice for 10 years in the Mid Valley.
