Robert E. Foster, M.D. is a member of the vitreoretinal service at Cincinnati Eye Institute (CEI). His undergraduate education was at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan where he received a degree in Biology, graduated from the Honors College, and was named among the Top 25 Graduating Seniors.
