Dr. Robert Joseph Hanlon

Robert J. Hanlon, Jr., DMD
A Native of Kearny, New Jersey,  Dr. Hanlon earned a B.S. in Biology from Villanova University in 1980. He received  his degree in dentistry in 1986 from the Farleigh Dickinson University School of Dental Medicine in Teaneck, N.J.   Upon graduation, he served  in the United States Navy Dental Corps for ten years as a general dentist serving with distinction in the Gulf War and Somalia.   He completed his postgraduate work in endodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston in 1998 and is Board Eligible in the American Board of Endodontics.  He participated in bone metabolism research during his endodontic residency.  Dr. Hanlon established Escondido Endodontics in January 1999. Dr. Hanlon also serves on the California Dental Association Political Action Committee and California Dental Association Board of Advisors.  Dr. Hanlon is a past president of the San Diego County Dental Society.
