Dr. Robert Lawrence Katz, MD

Robert L. Katz, MD, FACS, FAAP, is Clinical Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology at Cleveland Clinic’s main campus and Solon office; head of Community Otolaryngology; and a Staff otolaryngologist at the Cleveland Clinic. He is a board-certified otolaryngologist. A major and former chief of otolaryngology for the U.S. Air Force, Minot, N.D, Dr. Katz received his medical degree from Western Reserve University. He completed his internship and general surgery residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital, Cleveland, and otolaryngology residency at the Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary, Boston. Dr. Katz, who was acting chairman of the Department of Surgery, Division of Otolaryngology at Case Western Reserve for five years, has been recognized on numerous occasions as a local and national top doctor.
