Roger graduated from Logan-Rogersville High School where he played basketball and participated in track. Roger is a graduate of Drury University and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. Following graduation from UMKC, in May of 1988, Roger joined Buzbee Dental.

Roger and Teresa reside in Rogersville, Missouri. He is the father of three sons, Dow, Brock and Wyatt. Roger enjoys fishing, hunting, watching his sons play sports and coaching their basketball teams.
