Dr. Ruth Duchatellier-Cangé, DMD

A long time resident of Northern Virginia, Dr. Cangé earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University and successfully completed her residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the prestigious Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, concentrating on Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. While At Columbia University, she also completed intensive training in Geriatric Dentistry and tended to patients’ care at Isabella Geriatric Center. Through these days she continues to provide care for elderly patients throughout the Northern Virginia area.
Dr. Cangé is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, she specialized in transforming the appearance of her patients through individualized care.  She is an active member of ASAP Pathway, where she focuses on treating patient with sleep disorders breathing to get the treatments, they need to live healthier and happier lives. She is also an active member, of Dental …Success Network, a company that provides Mastermind continuing education and support to dentist across the globe. Dr Cangé continues to further her education every year by completing hours of dental and clinical training at various institutions across the country.
Dr. Cangé is passionate in addressing her patients’ dental concerns and takes pride educating them in all aspects of oral health. Her philosophy is to create infectious smiles that reflect, “Who You Are” while enhancing a patient oral and overall health. She is committed to providing her patients with a higher standard of care using the latest cosmetic dental procedures.In her spare time, Dr. Cangé enjoys traveling with her daughter and attend all of her ice-skating competitions. She supports and helps Geriatric patients in her community and loves to spend time with friends and family.
