Dr. Samit Soni, MD

Dr. Soni serves as Chief of Urologic Surgery at Memorial City. He is a fellowship-trained urologist with extensive experience in robotic surgery for all urologic conditions and kidney stone surgery. He graduated summa cum laude from the Chemical Engineering Honors program at University of Texas – Austin. He earned his MD from Baylor College of Medicine and completed his urology residency training at Baylor and Houston Methodist. He also completed fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Surgery and Endourology at Baylor. Prior to joining Memorial Hermann, he served as academic faculty at Baylor College of Medicine, published numerous papers, developed innovative surgical techniques, and trained students, residents, and fellows.
